The performance consisted in reading -with my mouth full of water- a news from the newspaper “EL Deber” edited in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, November 18, 2001. The text dealt with the negotiations between the community of Chapare and the National Government for the problem of the eradication of the cultivation of coca and the implementation of alternative cultivation.
